Premier Handball League Auction: Pavna Group Bought The Best Players In Golden Eagles UP Squad
In line with popular sports like the IPL, Indian Football League and the Pro- Kabaddi
League, the Premier Handball League will go rolling in June 2023. Teams from 6 states of
India will compete with each other. Golden Eagles Uttar Pradesh, has been announced as
the second official franchisee team from the state. Pavna group participated in the auction of
players for this team in an event organised at Taj Lands End, Mumbai. 3 reputed
International players and 14 National players bagged a place in the team. To encourage
enthusiasm and participation in the sport, PAVNA group has tied up with the Premier
Handball League. Soon, Handball will be witnessed as a popular and major sport in the state
of Uttar Pradesh.
On Sunday, the auction of players was organised in a plush hotel in Mumbai where
the franchisee owners from 6 states- Delhi, Telangana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra
and Rajasthan participated. The auction was anchored by Charu Sharma.The owner of the
Uttar Pradesh team and the M.D of Pavna Group, Mr. Swapnil Jain, along with his core
members put together the Golden Eagles UP team of Uttar Pradesh. On this occasion, Mr.
Swapnil Jain reiterated that with the objective of making the sport popular in the state and on
the National level, Pavna Group and Premier Handball League have joined hands together.
The players have been carefully chosen so that the team can perform brilliantly. Golden
Eagles UP will represent Uttar Pradesh in the forthcoming tournaments in 2023.
Handball is a popular sport in India and most of the schools have included it in their

gameplay.

and National players like Harjinder Panjeta, Vikas Kumar, Bhushan Shinde, Sunil Ghangas,
Kamal Ghangas, Sukhbir Singh Brar, Naveen Malik, Sahil Rana, Maneesh Punia, Vansh
Thakran, Sanchit Kumar Gupta, Gurvinder Singh, Ashish Kumar, Amit Sharma.
