The Joint Venture Signing Ceremony was held at PAVNA’s Headquarters, where senior officials from both companies formalized the partnership. The occasion brought together PAVNA’s 54 years of excellence in automotive components with SMC’s decades of expertise in electronics technology. This JV company will manufacture automotive locks, EV components such as Throttle Body, Motor Controller Dashboard for 2 & 3-wheeler and EV charging systems.
Representing SMC, Mr. Tsai, Cheng-Tsung (Ramon) - Founder of SMC - attended the event, bringing his unmatched knowledge in electronic design, system integration, and IoT-era solutions. Since founding SMC in 1995 with limited resources, Mr. Tsai has transformed the company from a component trader into a global technology innovator, delivering products such as NFC anti-counterfeit tags, motorcycle electronic locks, EV charging solutions, and medical device electronics.
